Common Troubleshooting
Cloud sync not working
- Verify you have an active ipso-one pro subscription (Settings > Account)
- Check your internet connection
- Try signing out and back in (Settings > Account > Sign Out)
- If sync is stuck, go to Settings > Data > Force Full Sync
Lost encryption key or recovery phrase
- Your encryption key is stored in your device's secure storage and persists across app updates
- If you have the app installed on another device, you can transfer the key from there
- If you've saved your recovery phrase, use it to restore the key on a new device
- If you've lost both the key and recovery phrase: we cannot recover your encrypted cloud data. Your local data on your device is unaffected.
Notifications not appearing
- iOS: Settings > Notifications > myAtlas > enable Allow Notifications
- Android: Settings > Apps > myAtlas > Notifications > enable
- In the app: Settings > Notifications > verify reminders are enabled
- Check that battery optimization isn't killing the app in the background
App crashing or not starting
- Update to the latest version from your app store
- Try clearing the app cache (Settings > Apps > myAtlas > Clear Cache)
- If the issue persists, report it on GitHub with your device model and OS version
